Steps

Take the mixture of gulab jam and knead a soft dough with saffron soaked in milk

Make small balls by applying ghee on ur hands

Mke sugar syrup of one thread consistency..add saffron in it and wen cool add elaichi powder and rose water

Fry the balls in pure ghee till golden brown in colour...u can also stuff pistachios in it and fry

Now add the fried gulab jam in sugar syrup..

Gulab jam ready to serve
