First heat the pan,Then add 1 tablespoon oil.Then add chopped green chilli and grated ginger.Then add grated cabbage,grated carrots and sauté them.after 4-5 minutes add turmeric powder,coriander powder and red chilli powder and Kasturi methi.After 2 minutes add green peas,boiled and blanched spinach..Cook for 3-4 minutes and turn off the flame.

Once the whole mixture get cool then grind all them in mixture grinder without using water.Veg mixture should be thick and not very fine in texture.

Take cottage cheese and grate them.Then mash the boiled potatoes.

Now in a big bowl put veg mixture,grated cottage cheese,mashed potatoes and garam masala powder,cashew nut powder,nutmeg powder,green cardamom powder,chat masala powder,roasted gram flour,chopped green coriander leaves and salt to taste and mix all them well.

Now apply some oil in your hands and take potato size kabab mixture and roll on in long cylinder shape.Then take wooden skewers and add put in cylinder shaped mixture and and make kabab..

Heat oil in non stick pan.And one by one,shallow fry all the kababs..Serve with salad and green chutney..
