Ingredients

5-7 servings
  • 1/2 cupboiled green peas
  • 2medium size boiled potatoes
  • 100 gramsBlanched spinach
  • 100 gramsGrated cabbage
  • 200 gramsparboiled Cauliflower
  • 1medium size grated carrot
  • 200 gramscottage cheese(Paneer)
  • 100 gramscashew nut powder
  • 1 teaspoongaram masala powder
  • 1 tablespoonKasturi methi
  • 1 tablespoonChat masala
  • 1 tablespooncoriander powder,
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonnutmeg powder
  • 1 tablespoon grated Ginger
  • 1 tablespoonchopped Green Chilli
  • 3 tablespoonGreen Coriander leaves
  • 5 tablespoonroasted Gram flour (sattu powder)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/2 teaspoongreen cardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    First heat the pan,Then add 1 tablespoon oil.Then add chopped green chilli and grated ginger.Then add grated cabbage,grated carrots and sauté them.after 4-5 minutes add turmeric powder,coriander powder and red chilli powder and Kasturi methi.After 2 minutes add green peas,boiled and blanched spinach..Cook for 3-4 minutes and turn off the flame.

    Once the whole mixture get cool then grind all them in mixture grinder without using water.Veg mixture should be thick and not very fine in texture.

    Take cottage cheese and grate them.Then mash the boiled potatoes.

    Now in a big bowl put veg mixture,grated cottage cheese,mashed potatoes and garam masala powder,cashew nut powder,nutmeg powder,green cardamom powder,chat masala powder,roasted gram flour,chopped green coriander leaves and salt to taste and mix all them well.

    Now apply some oil in your hands and take potato size kabab mixture and roll on in long cylinder shape.Then take wooden skewers and add put in cylinder shaped mixture and and make kabab..

    Heat oil in non stick pan.And one by one,shallow fry all the kababs..Serve with salad and green chutney..
