Ingredients

  • 2brinjals cut into round
  • 1 tspnigella seeds
  • 1 cupgram flour
  • 1 tsppoppy seeds
  • 1/2 tspred chilli Powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Prepare a batter with gram flour,salt,sugar,chilli Powder, nigella seeds, poppy seeds

  2. 2

    Now Marinate the brinjals with salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Dip the brinjal into it and coat well

  4. 4

    Now heat oil and fry the brinjals

  5. 5

    Serve it with main course or as a snack
