Sieve 1.5 cups flour thrice. Add corn flour and mix

Add 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, sieve & mix with the flour

Blend 1 cup icing sugar, 120 gms butter until creamy
- 4
Add 2 eggs, 1 at a time, beat until pale & frothy
- 5
Add 2 tbsp sour cream, 1/2 cup milk, 2 tsp vanilla essence, blend well

Gradually add the flour mix & blend

Pour batter into a lined baking tin

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 mins or until done

Allow to cool for 15-20 mins

Demould, top with icing sugar, serve with jam, berries & a steaming cup of tea
