Soak dal and rice together for 3 hrs

Grind it smoothly add salt mix well

Ferment the batter for 12 hrs

Dosa batter ready

For masala take oil in kadai

Add all the tadkas items fry

Add onion fry till light brown

Add tomato salt and turmeric powder fry

Add a spoon of Ginger paste fry

Add a glass of water

Add the smashed potato and mix

Add besan and water

Cook till all water gone

Make big dosas in a tawa

In one side of the dosa add coconut chutney and another side potato masala

Serve with chutney and sambar
