1 literapricot juice, or any other juice like qamar ed-deen - apricot sherbet - or tang juice
1 cupdried apricots
1 cupdried prunes
1/2 cupdried raisins, big grains
1/2 cupdried raisins, small grains
1/2 cupalmonds, preferably unroasted
1/2 cuppistachios, preferably unroasted
1/2 cuppine nuts, preferably unroasted
2 tablespoonssugar
2 tablespoonsorange blossom water

4 hours 20 minutes

Soak all the dried fruits together in the chosen juice.

Leave it for 4 hr then add the orange blossom water and sugar.

Pour into serving glasses and sprinkle with the nuts.

You can soak the nuts in water before serving.
