Take a kadahi then add ghee an add simaya fry golden brown and put it milk, dry food, sugar cooking on 10 min..on low flame....

Now add mithai mate and pinch of cardamon powder then mix well...

So mithai mate sweet simaya is ready....pinch of food colour orange & green then decorate like a tiranga....
