  • 120 gmsBocconcini cheese.
  • 10 gmsBasil leaves.
  • to tasteSalt
  • 4Garlic
  • 10 mlBalsamic reduction
  • 10 mlBasil pesto
  • to tastePepper

Steps

    Toast all the four garlic croutons

  2. 2

    Slice all the tomatoes and cheese separately

  3. 3

    Now arrange alternate layers of cheese and tomato on the croutons

  4. 4

    Arrange basil leaves as shown

  5. 5

    Season with salt and pepper

  6. 6

    Drizzle with balsamic dressing

  7. 7

    Smear basil pesto as shown
