Tri-colour China grass pudding
Steps

Soak china grass in three different bowls for 15mins.

For first layer-
Boil water in a sauce pan and add the soaked China grass. - 3
Cook till it melts completely.
Add sugar and orange syrup.
Mix well. Switch off when sugar dissolves completely. - 4
Pour in a container or moulds.
If there are any bubbles then just press with the help of a spoon.
Keep in the refrigerator for 15-20mins. - 5
For second layer -
Boil milk in a sauce pan and add sugar. Cook till sugar melts completely. Switch off and add vanilla essence. Mix well.

Cook the soaked China grass in another sauce pan till it dissolves completely. Switch off.

Add this to the milk mixture. Stir and mix well.

Now pour this over the set orange layer.
Don't pour it directly rather do it carefully over a spoon. - 9
Keep in the refrigerator for 15-20mins.

For third layer - Boil water in a sauce pan and add the soaked China grass.Cook till it melts completely.

Add sugar and raw mango syrup.
Mix well. Switch off when sugar dissolves completely. - 12
Pour this mixture over the milk layer and put in the refrigerator for 15-20mins.

Carefully demould and serve.
