Ingredients

  • 1 cupflour
  • 4egg whites
  • 4egg yolks
  • 1/2 Cuppineapple juice
  • 1/4 Tspcream of tartar
  • 1/4 Cupoil
  • 1 Tsplemon rind

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixer beat the egg whites till soft peaks form add cream of taetar

    Mix the egg yolks n oil

  3. 3

    Mix the flour n sugar n add the eggs n oil n juice n lemon rind

  4. 4

    Fold in the egg whites

    Bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 160 degrees
