2-3 tbspsghee
2 1/2 cupwater
2 1/2 cupmilk
Dry fruits for garnish

Heat some ghee in a pan and add vermicelli to it. To the roasted vermicelli, carefully add water.

After most of the water has evaporated add milk and let it cook. Add sugar and mix.
