Heat 1tsp oil in large kadai over medium heat

Add green chilles garlic paste cook for a while

Add chopped onions and tometoes fry for 2 mints and cook till tomato become pulpy.

Keep aside after cool make smooth paste

Now heat another pan put oil aad cumin seeds,when cumin starts to papaya up reduce the heat medium

Add all chopped veggies one by one cook everything till 50%cooked.

Add kashmiri red chilli powder,garam masala and coriander powder

Add 3 /4 tsp of water with ground masala paste of onion and tometoes

Cook for 10 mints while stirring occasionally.

Veggies are cooked through add cream and mix well

Garnish with coriander and serve hot with parathas and Nan.
