Ingredients

  1. 200 gmpotato diced
  2. 100 gmcauliflower,green peas and capsicum
  3. 200 gmtomato chopped
  4. 100 gmonion diced
  5. 100 gmcarrot diced
  6. 3 tspginger garlic paste,
  7. 2 tspkashmiri red chilli powder,garam madala,hing
  8. 100 gmpaneer pieces
  9. 3 tspoil, cuminseeeds
  10. 100 gmfresh cream
  11. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat 1tsp oil in large kadai over medium heat

  2. 2

    Add green chilles garlic paste cook for a while

  3. 3

    Add chopped onions and tometoes fry for 2 mints and cook till tomato become pulpy.

  4. 4

    Keep aside after cool make smooth paste

  5. 5

    Now heat another pan put oil aad cumin seeds,when cumin starts to papaya up reduce the heat medium

  6. 6

    Add all chopped veggies one by one cook everything till 50%cooked.

  7. 7

    Add kashmiri red chilli powder,garam masala and coriander powder

  8. 8

    Add 3 /4 tsp of water with ground masala paste of onion and tometoes

  9. 9

    Cook for 10 mints while stirring occasionally.

  10. 10

    Veggies are cooked through add cream and mix well

  11. 11

    Garnish with coriander and serve hot with parathas and Nan.
