Steps

Cut onion, capsicum, paneer and tomato into large pieces except seeds.

In hung curd add salt, red chilli powder, mustard oil,dhania powder and garam masala powder and mix it well.

Mix all vegetables into hung curd.

Keep it in refrigrator for half an hour for marination.

After half an hour set all the marinated vegetables and paneer into a stick and grill it on non-stick tawa till it becomes golden brown, at last roast it directly on low flame for 1-2 mins.

Squeeze lemon juice on it and some chaat masala.

Serve it hot and enjoy with green chutney.
