Steps

Take a pan and dry roast cumin and coriander seeds.Grind them coarsely.
Take another pan.Add 2tbsp oil. - 2
Add 1tsp cumin seeds and then potato.Saute them for sometime.
Add all the spices and then salt.Saute for some more time. - 3
Add curry leaves.Saute for 1 min.
Serve jeera aloo with roti or rice.
