Ingredients

15 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 100 gmghee
  2. 100 gmicing sugar
  3. 2 tbspsemolina
  4. 2 tbspdessicated coconut
  5. 200 gmmaida
  6. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  7. Pinchorange colour
  8. 1/4 tsporange essence
  9. 2 tbspchopped orange peel
  10. 2 tbsppista slivers
  11. Pinchgreen food colour
  12. 1/4 tsppista essence
  13. 1/4 tspcoconut essence

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Cream ghee and icing sugar till fluffy.

  2. 2

    Then add soda, semolina, dessicated coconut and cream again.

  3. 3

    Then add maida and mix well and bind dough.

  4. 4

    1-2 tsp of water can be used for binding.

  5. 5

    Make 3 parts of the dough.

  6. 6

    To one part add orange colour and essence and orange peel and mix well.

  7. 7

    To 2 and part add green colour pista essence and pista and mix well.

  8. 8

    To the 3 Rd part add coconut essence and mix well.

  9. 9

    Take the orange part and roll to a roti between a greased plastic sheet.

  10. 10

    Similarly roll green and white roti also.

  11. 11

    Now place the white roti on orange roti.

  12. 12

    And roll with light hands.

  13. 13

    Now place green roti on white roti and roll with light hands.

  14. 14

    Now roll tightly all the three rotis along with the plastic sheet to a log.

  15. 15

    Then cut with knife to spirals and arrange on a greased baking tray.

  16. 16

    Bake in a preheated oven at 160C for 10-12 minutes.

  17. 17

    Cool and wire rack and serve or store in an airtight container.
