In a bowl,take 1/2 cup curd and smoothen it

Add 1ginger garlic paste,1/4tbsp salt,1 tbsp red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well

Now nicely coat chicken pieces with the merinate, cover and keep aside for 20-30 minutes

Heat 2-3 tbsp of oil and add the merinated chicken to it.cover and cook untill it cookes completely and dry,keep stir during frying chicken

Once chicken is done, cook on high flame,when dry,take out all pieces in a separate bowl and keep a side

In remaining oil add 3 tbsp butter now add onion paste and sauté well after some minutes now add tomatoes purée and ginger garlic paste,also add Cumin powder,garam masala,salt to tasteand mix well

At this point add 1 tbsp oil and cover it.,cook for 2-3mint.t I'll oil start to separate now fresh cream and add FRIED chicken pieces and again cover the pan for 5-6 minutes..

Now add chopped coriander leaves and serve with chapaties.
