Ingredients

1 cupall purpose flour
2 tbspghee
1/2 tbspwhite sesame seeds
2 tbsppowder sugar
Oil or ghee for deep fry
2-3 tbspmilk

Steps

1

Mix seasam seeds, ghee &sugar in the flour and mix the flour with milk. Rest for 5 minutes.

Now take a small part & make little ball & press with palm. Rest for another 10 minutes.

Heat oil or ghee in a fry pan & fry on low flame become golden. Our matari is ready.
