Grease baking pan and heat the oven 170 degrees

Using a mixer beat the egg whites til it's foamy. Add sugar in bits while still mixing

When the foam stiffens, add the yolks one by one while mixing, then the margarine then the essence.

Fold the flour alternating with milk to the mixture in one direction till smooth.
- 5
Pour the batter into the baking tin, bake for 30 minutes.
- 6
When ready from the oven let it cool for about 15 minutes then serve
