This is one of my favourite jar snack. It is simple and made using less ingredients but is very addictive. My mother makes it on every festival.
Steps

Mix salt, flour, carom seeds and oil. Knead it using some water.

Make a stiff dough. Allow it to rest for 15 minutes.

Now roll it into a chapati and cut it in diamond shape or whichever shape you want.

Heat oil in a deep wok.

And fry these namak para at medium heat till it becomes golden brown in colour.

Take it out on a kitchen paper. Allow it to cool and enjoy this festive season with this addictive snack.
