Katori chaat

Firstly we prepare dough for katori.

Take maida. Add salt and 1 tblspn oil in it. Mix well. Add some water to make medium soft dough. Keep aside for 10 min to rest.

Now pinch a ball sized dough. Then make chapati of it.

Prick the chapati with a fork. Now place a steel bowl on chapati and wrap the chapati on it.

Now heat oil in a vok for deep fry. Put this chapati wrap bowl in oil and deep fry.

Splash oil till dough separate from the katori.

Then bring out the bowl from the vok.. And deep fry the dough katori, till it turns golden and cryspy.

Drain off over tissue paper and keep aside.

Prepare chaat with this katori on a plate

Add 1 tsp cubed potatoes, 1tsp boiled chickpeas, 1 tspn tamarind chutney, 1 tspn green chutney, 1 tblspn curd, chopped onions, chopped coriander, chopped tomatoes, some pomegranate, sev into katori, one by one.

Sprinkle salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder.

Ur katori chaat is ready.. Serve immediately..
