Whole Roasted Romanesco Cauliflower
I slightly overcooked mine on this occasion but it was still tasty.
Steps

Start by preparing the cauliflower. Remove as much of the stem and leaves as you can and discard.

Place the cauliflower in a microwave/oven safe dish.

Rub the cauliflower with olive oil and some salt.

Add about 1/4 cup to the bottom of the bowel and place in microwave for 10 minutes and then another 5 minutes.

Preheat oven to 220c.

Place the dish into the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until browned.

While it's roasting make the sauce. Place a small pan over medium heat.

Melt the butter (I also added a drizzle of olive oil). Add the garlic and chilli flakes and cook for 2-3 minutes. Next add the parsley, black pepper and salt if needed and cook for another minute.

When the cauliflower is cooked poured the sauce over the cauliflower and enjoy.
