  • 1 cupmakhana
  • 3 tsppeanut
  • 1 tspred chilli powder and flakes
  • 1 tsproasted cumin powder
  • 1 tspdry kachuri methi leaf
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1 tspchatt masala
  • to tasteBlack salt according
  • 1 tspajwain

    Heat the oil..

    Now add all spices

  3. 3

    Then add makhana and peanut

  4. 4

    Mix it very nicely

  5. 5

    Add salt

  6. 6

    Fry it just 5minutes

  7. 7

    It's ready
