Ingredients

  1. 1 lbground beef
  2. 1yellow onion
  3. 1sweet Bell pepper
  4. as neededShredded cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown ground beef and drain the oil.

  2. 2

    Saute the onions and peppers and mix with meat.

    Melt cheese at 350° until golden brown. Rest on skewers to make taco shells.
