Steps

Thoroughly Wash clean the potatoes, do not peel.

Place on a baking tray and bake for about 15 minutes at 150 degrees.

Set aside the egg yolks(wont be used). Cut the egg pieces into small cubes.

Cut the potatoes into halves.

Using a spoon carefully scrape out the potatoes inside ensuring that the peel remains intact and in a bowl like form.

Mash the scraped potatoes on low heat. Add the margerine, mayonnaise and tumeric,salt,,sugar,black pepper, and spices and stir for 20sec or so.

Little by little add the milk as u stir to loosen the mixture.The mixture should be thick and easy to scoop. Lastly add the eggs and fold in for 3-4secs

Using a tablespoon, scoop the mashed mixture and fill the potato peels.

Bake untill golden brown.

Serve with buns and guacamole.
