1 bowlwheat flour
1 tsproasted cumin seeds
To tasteSalt
Pinchcarom seeds (ajjwain)
2 tspoil for wheat
as neededOil fry frying

Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl

Cover and keep aside fr 10 min

Now make balls and roll chapatti and cut strips from it

Heat oil and deep fry till golden brown colour and remove on kitchen towel and store in air tight contanier
