Ingredients

  • 1 cupcurd (yogurt)
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspRoasted cumin powder (bhuna hua zeera)
  • to tasteBlack pepper powder
  • 1/2 cupBoondi

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly whisk the yogurt in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Add the boondi and mix

  3. 3

    Add all dry spices powder and stir the raita well.

  4. 4

    Leave this raita for 5 to 10 min in room temprature so that boondi become soft.

  5. 5

    Garnish boondi raita with mint or coriander leaves.
