Take a bowl and add all ingredients

Now take one non-stick wok add pour all mixtures Into it

Now cooked till the mixture reaches the freezing consistency,later thoroughly mix cardamom powder (elaichi powder)

Transfer and spread the kalakand mixture on a greased plate and sprinkle pistachio on top

Slightly press them and let the kalakand set aptly for 2 hrs.

After 2 hrs kalakand will be ready,cut it into desired pieces and transfer them on a plate..
