In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients and add 2 tablespoon of oil in it and mix it very well.

Now add little water in it and make tight dough of it.

Cut small pieces from the dough make triangle shaped namak paare of it.

Heat oil in a frying and deep fry these namak paare in it.

Take them out on tissue paper and allow it to drain excess oil.

Your triangle namak paare are ready to serve.
