Steps

Melt dark chocolate using double boiler or microwave & coat silicone moulds with melted chocolate. Let them set for atleast an hour.

Meanwhile preapre the white chocolate mousse by whipping heavy cream (add 1/4 cup sugar if using unsweetened) & then add melted white chocolate to this. Mix well & the mousse is ready.

Now unmould the chocolate cups. (Silicon is flexible so it's quite easy to unmould it but be gentle while doing this so that you dont end up breaking the cups)

Now crush some oreo cookies or any other chocolate cookies of your choice & make a crumble base to fill the cups by adding little butter.

Top the cups with white chocolate mousse using a piping bag. & decorate with some sprinkles.
