In a pinch this works for my hungry men, not fancy but quick rice

In a medium sauce pan add dry rice. Add water, bouillon and chopped onion.

Set on stove top, turn heat on high. When it starts to boil turn down the heat to low & cover. Set timer for 15 min.

Fluff with a fork, add butter & parmesan. Stir till sticky & creamy, season with salt and pepper if desired
