To make the thick chocolate syrup take 40ml milk in a sauce pan once it's heated add chopped cooking chocolate & whisk it nicely to remove lumps if any. Cool the syrup on room temperature for 30min.

Then apply butter on the bread slices, apply chocolate syrup on both slices inwards, sprinkle chocolate chips & cover the bread & grill it in the griller till crispy.

Once the sandwich is grilled nicely cut it into half & drizzle more chocolate syrup over it, garnish with chocochips & serve it with whipped cream.
