Ingredients

  1. 3-4ripe bananas, mashed
  2. 1/3 C.Melted butter
  3. 1 C.Sugar
  4. 1egg, beaten
  5. 1 tspvanilla
  6. 1 tspbaking soda
  7. Pinchsalt
  8. 1&1/2 C. Flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    With a wooden spoon, mix butter into mashed bananas in a large bowl.

  3. 3

    Mix the sugar, egg & vanilla

  4. 4

    Sprinkle the baking soda, & salt over the mixture & mix in

  5. 5

    Pour mix into buttered loaf

  6. 6

    Bake for 1 hour
