Ingredients

3-4 people

2large beetroots with stalks
to tasteSalt
to tasteGround black pepper
4-5 tbsbalsamic vinegar
4-5 tbsolive oil

Steps

1

First boil the beetroot and stalks till tender than cut the stalks about 3-4 inch long and cut the beetroot in to wedges

Now add the oil,balsamic vinegar,salt,and pepper and stir
