Ingredients

  • 1 canCheddar cheese soup
  • 1 canchicken broth
  • 1 lbgrated cheddar cheese
  • 4 C.Whole milk + 1 soup can milk
  • 2 TBSPbutter
  • 2 TBSPcornstarch
  • 1/2 tspsalt, pepper, onion powder, garlic salt
  • 7medium potatoes, diced, peeled & boiled
  • Bacon bits (REAL)

Steps

  1. 1

    Add soup, 1/2 can broth, 1 can milk

  2. 2

    Stir in starch w/rest of broth

  3. 3

    Add broth to soup

  4. 4

    Add spices & butter

  5. 5

    Bring to boil

  6. 6

    Reduce heat & simmer 15 minutes more

  7. 7

    Add bacon bits

  8. 8

    Serve
