Take flour sugar baking powder baking soda and mix it add oil milk and coca powder make better

Bake it in preheated oven for 25 mint and dein cool down

Take cake layer it and dein whipped cream from bleander and spread over cake layer now add melted dark chocolate in cream and apply on cake cover with cream

Now take waffle stand around on cake and sprinkle colour full chocolate chip over it and tie a ribbon
