In a bowl combine together oats, potato, ginger green chilli paste, grated carrot, grated paneer, salt, chilli powder and garam masala powder to form a dough.

Divide the mixture into equal parts, make balls from it and then lightly flatten the balls with your palm to form patties

Heat 3-4 tbsp of oil in a pan and shallow fry the oats cutlet on low heat. Keep flipping it over and cook both sides until golden brown. It will take time for the cutlets to brown.
