Steps

Take a plate add sultana,raisins,almonds,cashew nuts,tutti fruity and one tbsp all purpose flour and mix well

Sieve the flour and baking powder for two to three times.

Take a bowl add sugar powder,butter and egg and mix well

Mix until light and fluffy.

All the dry ingredients mix in the wet ingredients and mix well.

Add vanilla essence and mix well.

Add fruits in the cake mixture.

Pour the batter into the baking dish.

Preheat oven for 180.cBake for 35 mins.

Bake for 35 mins.

Icing on the cake and garnish with gems.
