  • 1/2 kgmeat
  • Garam masala
  • Onions(used 2)
  • Tomatoes 4 big size
  • Beef cube chillie
  • Dania

Steps

    Boil your meat to a tender state

  2. 2

    Add oil fry till golden brown.

  3. 3

    Add beef cube chilli,garam masala and onions(let them Brown)

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes(either blended or diced)

  5. 5

    Add dhania and some water then let it simmer for 5 minutes on low heat

  6. 6

    Serve hot with mukimo or rice
