Soaked chana dal in water for 20 min

Now drain water and grind it

Heat pan add ghee 1tbsp

Mix grinded chana dal

Stir it on low flame

Now add jaggery and sugar cook it on low flame

When jaggery and sugar melted add cardamon powder mix well

Turn off gas

Take another bowl add all purpose flour ghee 1tsp and salt make dough with water

Take little ball of dough make little puri add filling

Fold it again make big puri with rolling pin

Roast it on hot tawa both side

Shallow fry with ghee

Serve hot it's yummy.
