Ingredients

3 persons
  • 2 cupsall purpose flour
  • 250 mlwarm milk
  • 250 mlwarm water
  • 1egg
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1/4 cupsugar

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Sift the flour into a bowl

  2. 2

    Add all other ingredients to the flour

    Mix with the warm milk and water until a smooth thin consistency is achieved.

    Fry on a pan using oil till they brown.

    Serve while hot with any hot beverage or cold juices. Suitable for breakfast.
