  • 1full kienyeji chicken
  • A fewpotatoes
  • 4big tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • Garlic
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt
  • 4 bunchesspinach, cut
  • Flour for Ugali

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the chicken into parts. Then boil till soft

  2. 2

    Fry onion till brown then add garlic then tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Add a little soup then chicken parts. Mix well then add salt.

  4. 4

    Add potatoes then Cook while covered for a few minutes. (you can add a few spices if you need)

  5. 5

    Cook the spinach then put aside

  6. 6

    Cook Ugali then serve.
