Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupbrown rice flour
  • 1 tspColorado citrus spice
  • 3basa or swai filets
  • 4 tbspolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Spread brown rice flour and spice onto wax paper or a board.

  2. 2

    Rinse and squeegee the fish.

  3. 3

    Coat it in the flour mix.

  4. 4

    Heat the pan with the olive oil on medium heat. Fry the first side for 7-10 minutes. Flip over and fry the second side for 1-2 minutes.
