First soaked rice for 20 min then boil the rice then strain the water

Then chopped all the vegies like shown in the pic

Heat the oil in a kadai add cumin seed after crackle of cumin seed then add chopped onion stir till light brown colour

Then add chopped tomato,cabbage, green chilli, carrot, beetroot and green peas saute stir it for 2 min

Then add red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala and turmeric powder stir for more than half Veggies cooked

Then add capsicum,spring onion leaves, boil rice and salt mix it well cook for another 2-3 min

Then garnish with chopped coriander, mint leaves

Serve hot with boondi raita
