Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1/2 cupsabudana
  • 3-4boiled potato
  • 1/2 cupsama rice flour(easily available in market)
  • 1/2ts turmeric
  • 2-3chili chopped
  • 3 tbspeanuts roast and coarsely grind
  • leavesFew curry
  • 2-3 tbsoil
  • Sendha namak/ rock salt as your taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Soaked sabudana for 3 to 4 hours.with less water.

  2. 2

    After 4 hours mix all the ingredients except oil and make a Dough.

  3. 3

    Take one nonstick tawa, spread thali pith mixer on tawa, sprinkle some oil and cook it in low flame.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with curd.
