In a pan heat the ghee

Add sevainya in it. Roast till light brown.

Add cashew and raisins

Roast till golden brown, then add milk.

Cook it 5- 6 min.

Now add paneer, and condensed milk

Cook it for 10 min at low flame. Stir it. Now add cardamom powder and kewda essence. Mix it. cook for 2-3 min. Kheer is ready.
