First boil allu remove the skin smashed add salt add termaric powder add garam masala powder add red chilli powder add green chilli add mango powder now take a pan add little bit of oil add allu which is mixed with masala stirring continuously when it becomes lump remove from the pan keep it aside

Now take another bowl add refined flour add wheat flour add suji add oil add salt add methi add kashmiri red chilli powder add curd next add warm water slowly mix well make a soft dough add oil and cover with the lid rest for half an hour

Remove the lid mix again make small balls put allu in the middle of the roti dough roll it and make a paratha dough

Now put non stick pan in the oven add roti fry both sides now add oil both sides fry well keep it in the plate
