Chicken breast stew served with rice

Slice the chicken breast fillets into sizeable shape of your own

Sprinkle with them salt, black peper and some bread crums mix to combine well

Heat oil in a frying pan over a medium heat shallow fry them till brown

Dice you onions in a frying pan heat oil and add the onions cook till brown

Grind your garlic with ginger and add onto the cooked brown onions

Then add you shallow fryed chicken breast fillets and add the coloured peppers

Blend your tomatoes to form a paste add and some seasoning and salt allow it to cook for 5 minutes

Add in the coconut milk mix as it cooks for 2 minutes

Sprinkle your dania and serve
