Steps

In a bowl take refined flour,salt,sugar & oil mix well, thn add water in small quantity & knead medium soft dough.

Once dough is ready, cover & keep for 30mins.

Take a mixing jar add soaked murad dal, green chili, & ginger paste & grind it.

Then add oil in a pan add asafetida & fennal seeds & stir for 1min.

Then add murad dal paste & add salt & sugar mix well & cook for 2mins

Next divide the dough into parts for the pori, & make dough ball.

Lift a dough ball, expand it, give a bowl like shape & fill with 1tbsp stuffing, close stuffing & flatten it.

Grase the rolling board with some oil lightly roll out the poor is,pressing the edges, roll out the photos 5inch diameter, keep slightly thick.

Take a kadai add oil,when oil is hot put the poor is to fry.Fry the poor is well until golden brown.

Thn serve hot hot Radhaballavi with Dam Aloo.
