Ingredients

  • 150 gmpoha
  • 30 gmpeanut
  • 5Curry leaves
  • 2green chilli cut in jullience
  • 10 gmsugar
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tbspoil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast poha in a khrai fir 4 mint.

  2. 2

    Take one tbsp oil in a pan.

  3. 3

    Add poha and peanut in pan, saute for 5 to mint.

  4. 4

    Add red chilli pow, green chilli and salt.

  5. 5

    Takeout it in a plate and chill it.

  6. 6

    Add sugar at last.

  7. 7

    Now it's ready to serve.
