Put flour on a dry basin, add prestige, salt, coriander.

Mix well the above

Add water little by little as you knead until it forms soft and elastic dough. Do this for about 5minutes. Cover the dove with a clean kitchen towel n live it to rest for 20 minutes.

Cut the dough into small balls, roll and apply oil. Fold it from your side

Put a pan on source of fire. When it hot, roll the above dough into a nice circular shape, n put it on the pan

Turn the bottom part up when its cooked, oil on top n turn in to cook well

Continue until all dough is cooked. You can now when hot with pojo
